Small Crystal Wall Sconces - Elizabeth resides in Mesa, Arizona. She has a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and one half bath home in the standard Spanish architecture of the area of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me saying that she had been doing some decorating in two rooms of her home and was searching for some wall decorating ideas. Elizabeth went on further to say that the rooms that she had been going to decorate are the living room and the dining room. To make matters easier for me to understand about the decor and furniture already in those chambers, she sent me pictures of both of the chambers so that I could study them carefully and make my ideas.
Almost instantly my ideas moved to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that would add subtle charm to any southwestern decor. I began with the living room. In this room, the carpet is a medium tan. There is a rather large overstuffed dark brown leather sofa, a red leather chair and a fabric chair in a southwestern pattern of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the sofa and chairs is a large square marble coffee table in a medium dark brown marble swirl. There is an adobe fireplace in the wall corner in the form of a cone with the bigger portion of the cone on the floor, tapering up the corner of the wall.
This fireplace is a medium brown with artful scrolls in dark brown accenting the opening of the fireplace, the large black ring and the top half of the cone moving up the wall corner. To the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and mountains in the backdrop. On the ideal side of the fireplace is a wall with just two large unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the other. This is due to the lack of wall space because there's a massive oak entertainment center covering the majority of the wall space.
That is all I had to see. I immediately went to work and discovered several wall sconce candle holders which would finish this room. My choices were the Varazze Wall Sconce, the Leyanna Mosaic Wall Sconce, the Belleville Wall Sconce or the Meyda Scrolling Wall Sconce. Any one of those wall sconce candle holders would include an amazing feel to Elizabeth's dwelling room.Next, I took a peek at the pictures of Elizabeth's dining room. The floor in this room is walnut. In the middle of the room is a rustic appearing large oak dining room table sitting on a large southwestern style woven rug. Round the table are just ten bamboo seats with ox blood colored padded leather backs and seats.
Below the tapestry is a lengthy buffet cabinet which matches the dining table and chairs. The outside wall has two quite large windows with colorful southwestern window treatments. The wall space in between the two large windows is a boulder fireplace moving up the whole wall. It took me just a couple of minutes before I had any great suggestions for wall sconce candle holders on both sides of the tapestry. These choices were the Crossed Arrow Western Wall Sconce Pair, the Rustic Essence Wall Sconce, along with the Essence Round Sconce Pair. Any of these would include a warm atmosphere to the room.
