Colonial Brass Wall Sconces For Candles - Elizabeth resides in Mesa, Arizona. She has a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and a half bath house in the standard Spanish structure of that region of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me saying that she was doing some decorating in two rooms of her house and was searching for a wall decorating ideas. Elizabeth went on further to say that the rooms that she was going to decorate are the living area and the dining area. To make matters simpler for me to understand in regards to the decor and furniture already in those chambers, she sent me pictures of both of the chambers so that I could study them attentively and make my ideas.
Almost immediately my ideas went to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that could add subtle allure to any southwestern decor. I began with the living area. Within this area, the carpeting is a moderate tan. There's a rather big overstuffed dark brown leather sofa, a red leather seat and a cloth seat in a southwestern pattern of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the sofa and chairs is a large square marble coffee table at a medium dark brown marble swirl. There is an adobe fireplace at the wall corner in the form of a cone using the larger portion of the cone on the bottom, tapering up the corner of the wall.
This fireplace is a medium brown with artful scrolls in dark brown accenting the opening of the fireplace, the big black mantle and the top half of the cone moving up the wall corner. To the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and mountains in the background. On the ideal side of the fireplace is a wall using just two big unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the opposite. This is due to the absence of wall space since there's a massive oak entertainment centre covering most of the wall space.
That is all I had to see. I instantly went to work and discovered several wall sconce candle holders which could complete this room. Any one of those wall sconce candle holders could add an amazing sense to Elizabeth's living room.Next, I took a peek at the pictures of Elizabeth's dining area. The floor in this area is walnut. At the middle of the room is a rustic looking big oak dining room table sitting on a large southwestern style woven carpet. Round the table are ten bamboo seats with ox blood colored cushioned leather backs and seats.
There's a big American Indian wall tapestry on the wall opposite the outer wall of the room. Below the tapestry is a lengthy buffet cabinet which matches the table and seats. The outside wall has two quite big windows with vibrant southwestern window treatments. The wall space in between the two big windows is a boulder fireplace moving up the entire wall. It took me just a couple of minutes before I had any great suggestions for wall sconce candle holders on each side of the tapestry. Any of these would add a warm feeling to the room.
