Ethan Pendant Wall Sconce - Elizabeth lives in Mesa, Arizona. She has a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and a half bath home in the typical Spanish architecture of the region of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me stating that she was doing some decorating in two rooms of her home and was searching for a wall decorating suggestions. Elizabeth proceeded further to say that the rooms that she was going to decorate are the living area and the dining area. To make matters easier for me to know in regards to this decor and furniture already in those rooms, she sent me pictures of both of the rooms so I could study them carefully and make my suggestions.
Almost immediately my thoughts went to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that could add subtle allure to any southwestern decor. I started with the living area. Within this area, the carpet is a medium tan. There is a rather large overstuffed dark brown leather sofa, a red leather chair and a cloth chair in a southwestern design of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the sofa and chairs is a large square marble coffee table in a medium dark brown marble swirl. There is an adobe fireplace in the wall corner in the shape of a cone using the larger part of this cone on the floor, tapering up the corner of this wall.
On the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and mountains in the background. On the ideal side of this fireplace is a wall using two large unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the other. This is because of the lack of wall space since there's a massive oak entertainment centre covering most of the wall space.
This is all I had to see. I immediately went to work and discovered several wall sconce candle holders which could finish this room. Any one of those wall sconce candle holders could add an amazing feel to Elizabeth's dwelling room.Next, I took a peek at the pictures of Elizabeth's dining area. The floor in this area is walnut. In the middle of the room is a rustic appearing large oak dining room table sitting on a large southwestern style woven carpet. Round the table are ten oak chairs with ox blood colored cushioned leather backs and seats.
Beneath the tapestry is a lengthy buffet cabinet which matches the dining table and chairs. The outside wall has two quite large windows with vibrant southwestern window treatments. The wall space in between the two large windows is a boulder fireplace moving up the entire wall. It took me just a few minutes before I had any great hints for wall sconce candle holders on each side of this tapestry. I came up with three wall sconce candle holders which could enhance the overall look of the room. Any of them would add a warm feeling to the room.
