Bronze Cylinder Wall Sconce - Elizabeth lives in Mesa, Arizona. She's a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and a half bathroom home in the typical Spanish structure of that area of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me stating that she had been doing some decorating in 2 rooms of her home and was looking for a wall decorating ideas. Elizabeth proceeded further to say that the rooms that she had been going to decorate would be the living room and the dining room. To make things easier for me to understand in regards to the decor and furniture already in these chambers, she sent me images of both of those chambers so that I could study them carefully and make my ideas.
Almost instantly my ideas went to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that would add subtle charm to any nautical decoration. I started with the living room. Within this room, the carpet is a medium tan. There is a rather big overstuffed dark brown leather sofa, a red leather seat and a fabric seat in a southwestern pattern of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the sofa and chairs is a sizable square marble coffee table in a medium dark brown marble swirl. There is an adobe fireplace in the wall corner in the form of a cone with the bigger part of the cone on the floor, tapering up the corner of the wall.
This fireplace is a medium brown with artful scrolls in dark brown accenting the opening of the fireplace, the big black mantle and the top half of the cone going up the wall corner. To the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and hills in the background. On the right side of the fireplace is a wall with just two big unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the other. This is because of the absence of wall area since there's a massive oak entertainment centre covering the majority of the wall area.
That is all I needed to see. I immediately went to work and found a couple wall sconce candle holders that would finish this room. Any one of these wall sconce candle holders would add an amazing feel to Elizabeth's living room.Next, I took a look at the images of Elizabeth's dining room. The flooring in this room is oak. In the center of the room is a rustic looking big oak dining room table sitting on a sizable southwestern style woven carpet. Round the table are ten bamboo seats with ox blood colored cushioned leather backs and seats.
Below the tapestry is a long buffet cabinet that matches the dining table and chairs. The outer wall has two rather big windows with vibrant southwestern window treatments. The wall area in between the two big windows is a boulder fireplace going up the whole wall. It took me only a couple of minutes before I had some great hints for wall sconce candle holders on each side of the tapestry. Any of them would add a warm feeling to the room.
