Contemporary Candle Holder Wall Sconce - Elizabeth resides in Mesa, Arizona. She's a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and one half bath home in the typical Spanish structure of the region of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me saying that she had been doing some decorating in 2 rooms of her home and was searching for some wall decorating ideas. Elizabeth went on further to say that the rooms that she had been going to decorate would be the living area and the dining area. To make things simpler for me to understand in regards to the decor and furniture already in those chambers, she sent me images of both of those chambers so I could study them carefully and make my ideas.
Almost instantly my ideas went to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that could add subtle charm to any southwestern decor. I began with the living area. Within this area, the carpeting is a moderate tan. There is a rather large overstuffed dark brown leather couch, a red leather seat and a fabric seat in a southwestern design of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the couch and chairs is a large square marble coffee table in a medium dark brown marble swirl. That is an adobe fireplace in the wall corner in the shape of a cone using the larger portion of the cone on the bottom, tapering up the corner of the wall.
On the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and mountains in the background. On the ideal side of the fireplace is a wall using just two large unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the other. This is because of the absence of wall area since there's a large oak entertainment center covering the majority of the wall area.
That is all I needed to see. I immediately went to work and found several wall sconce candle holders which could complete this room. My choices were the Varazze Wall Sconce, the Leyanna Mosaic Wall Sconce, the Belleville Wall Sconce or the Meyda Scrolling Wall Sconce. Any one of those wall sconce candle holders could include an awesome feel to Elizabeth's living room.Next, I took a look at the images of Elizabeth's dining area. The flooring in this area is oak. At the middle of the room is a rustic appearing large oak dining room table sitting on a large southwestern style woven rug. Round the table are just ten oak chairs with ox blood colored padded leather backs and seats.
There is a large American Indian wall tapestry on the wall opposite the outer wall of the room. Beneath the tapestry is a lengthy buffet cabinet which matches the dining table and seats. The outer wall has two rather large windows with colorful southwestern window treatments. The wall area in between the two large windows is a boulder fireplace moving up the whole wall. It took me only a few minutes before I had any great hints for wall sconce candle holders on both sides of the tapestry. Any of them would include a warm atmosphere to the room.
