Wall Sconces For Bathrooms - She has a Ranch style four bedrooms, three and a half bathroom house in the typical Spanish structure of that region of the southwestern United States. Anyhow, she wrote to me saying that she had been doing some decorating in two rooms of her house and was looking for some wall decorating suggestions. Elizabeth went on further to state that the rooms that she had been going to decorate would be the living room and the dining room. To make things simpler for me to know in regards to the decor and furniture already in those chambers, she sent me pictures of both of the chambers so that I could study them attentively and make my suggestions.
Almost immediately my ideas went to wall sconce candle holders. There are a few beautiful pieces that could add subtle charm to any nautical decoration. I started with the living room. In this room, the carpet is a moderate tan. There's a rather big overstuffed dark brown leather sofa, a red leather seat and a fabric seat in a southwestern pattern of reds, yellows, greens, and golds. Surrounded by the sofa and chairs is a large square marble coffee table at a medium dark brown marble swirl. There is an adobe fireplace at the wall corner in the shape of a cone using the larger portion of the cone on the floor, tapering up the corner of the wall.
This fireplace is a medium brown with artful scrolls in dark brown accenting the opening of the fireplace, the big black ring and the top half of the cone moving up the wall corner. On the left of the fireplace are windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the desert and hills in the background. On the ideal side of the fireplace is a wall using two big unframed Native American oil paintings, one on top of the opposite. This is due to the lack of wall space because there's a large oak entertainment center covering most of the wall space.
This is all I had to see. I instantly went to work and discovered a couple wall sconce candle holders that could finish this room. My options were the Varazze Wall Sconce, the Leyanna Mosaic Wall Sconce, the Belleville Wall Sconce and also the Meyda Scrolling Wall Sconce. Any one of those wall sconce candle holders could add an awesome feel to Elizabeth's living room.Next, I took a peek at the pictures of Elizabeth's dining room. The flooring in this room is walnut. At the center of the room is a rustic appearing big oak dining room table sitting on a large southwestern style woven carpet. Around the table are just ten oak chairs with ox blood colored padded leather backs and seats.
There's a big American Indian wall tapestry on the wall opposite the outer wall of the room. Below the tapestry is a lengthy buffet cabinet that matches the table and chairs. The outer wall has two rather big windows with colorful southwestern window treatments. The wall space in between the two big windows is a boulder fireplace moving up the whole wall. It took me only a few minutes before I had some great suggestions for wall sconce candle holders on both sides of the tapestry. I came up with three wall sconce candle holders that could improve the overall appearance of the room. Any of these would add a warm atmosphere to the room.
